Juli Inkster

Juli Inkskter, former JGANC member and three-time winner of the USGA Women's Amateur Championship. She was a member of the Solheim Cup and active on the LPGA tour with many major wins to her credit.

“Growing up in my time, golf was primarily a boys sport. Consequently I played on the boys team in high school. Fortunately, the Junior Golf Association of Northern California provided the opportunity to meet and compete against other girls my age. I don’t recall winning many tournaments, if any, but I learned that it was going to take hard work if I was going to be successful. Through this competition and experience I grew and realized how much I enjoyed “the game” and wanted to see how good I could be. I am happy to say that I still enjoy the competition today.”
