2016 Boy Player of the Year: Chris Ebster
Developing friendships, golf and life skills through competitive junior golf tournaments.
The Junior Golf Association of Northern California is a non-profit organization that has been creating champions since 1970. We offer a variety of fun, competitive, affordable junior golf tournaments for boys and girls ages 7 to 18. In JGANC, your child will have the opportunity and experiences necessary to grow and excel in golf - and in life.
With over 60+ tournaments per year, youth can choose to compete locally, regionally and nationally. JGANC tournaments are held throughout Northern California at a variety of public, semi-private and private courses. Del Rio, Del Paso, Pasatiempo, Woodbridge, Los Altos Country Clubs and the Club at Crazy Horse Ranch are just a few of the amazing courses on which our juniors have an opportunity to play. 2016’s TOC was held at the Quail Lodge Resort in Carmel. Venue is always subject to change, but players are often given a world-class experience on a magnificent course.
The JGANC community of players, parents and volunteers are helpful and supportive. Many of our alumni continue on to attend colleges and universities across the nation on golf scholarships. We offer tools and in sight to help in process of finding the right collegiate opportunities. You will find that many former juniors have gone on to play on the PGA/LPGA tours, are Class-A Professionals, and are in other golf related businesses.
“Being a JGANC member has been a wonderful experience for each of my three boys. They have made good friends, played nice courses at reasonable prices, and most importantly had a lot of fun! We always look forward to the JGANC golf season!”
