Compete for a spot on JGANC’s elite state travel teams and represent Northern California at the highest levels. Top juniors will earn points through six qualifying events to qualify for the Junior Americas Cup, Mary Cave Cup, and Eddie Hogan Cup. All travel and accommodations are fully covered by JGANC. WHAT ARE THE STATE TRAVEL TEAMS?
The JGANC travel teams are comprised of the top boys and girls in the state of California. There are two events for the boys (Junior Americas Cup and Hogan Cup) and two girls event (Girls Junior Americas Cup and Mary Cave Cup). The teams are determined by the results of qualifying tournaments. There is no cost to the player to participate, all travel and accommodations are provided by the JGANC.

- Boys Junior Americas Cup: July 27-30, 2026
- Mary Cave Cup: August 3-5, 2026
- Eddie Hogan Cup: August 7-9, 2026
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Full-time California resident
- Boys Age 13-18
- Girls Age 14-18
POINT BREAKDOWN
The top-10 boys and girls from each qualifying event will earn points towards the team standings. This points list is separate than the POTY points.
If there are any ties, the tie breaker will be adding up the final places, that both (or all) players, placed in the qualifying events. The total will only include the same events that both (or all) players have played in. The lowest number of the total of the places will be the winner in the tie.

The JGANC Teams will be determined by the results of these 6 qualifying events. Players can earn team points to qualify for the JGANC Teams. Team points will be awarded from the 14-18 division for boys and girls.

After the last event, players (boys and girls) with the most points from all six events will be totaled, and the top 4 players will have the first choice of which team they would like to play on. We will move down the list until all teams have been filled.
JGANC NORTH/SOUTH CUP MATCHES: BOYS AND GIRLS
Teams will be formed from the boys’ & girls’ divisional points list, using the following criteria. Starting January 1st to June 1st of the year.
